We stayed at a hotel with a beautiful location near a serene lake where we enjoyed swimming. the outdoor onsen was also a great way to relax and unwind. Our room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with modern bathrooms and great service. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of dishes to choose from.
The staff were not knowledgeable about the area and misled us by suggesting that there was no café nearby when there was one just a few minutes’ walk away.

The ability to swim in the nearby lake was the best part of the trip. It was a great way to cool off from the summer heat and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The outdoor onsen was also a highlight, it was relaxing to soak and enjoy the nature views.
The worst aspect of the trip was the staff's lack of knowledge about the area. We wanted to try nearby restaurants, but when we asked for recommendations the front desk was unable to suggest anything nearby and seemed unsure about the area.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was simply awesome, as it's situated right by the lake, making it perfect for swimming. The outdoor onsen was another highlight of my stay - it was so relaxing and picturesque. Additionally, the hotel facilities were superb, and the cleanliness was impressive. I also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, who were always willing to assist me with any queries.
Nothing to fault, this hotel was perfect in every way.

We had a lovely weekend retreat! The location was incredible, with the beautiful lake just steps away and a serene atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. The onsen was especially relaxing after a long day of exploring. Another great aspect was the opportunity to swim in the lake, a unique and scenic experience that we thoroughly enjoyed.
The staff didn't seem to have much knowledge of the surrounding area. We wanted to explore local dining options but received unhelpful advice that wasn't accurate. We ended up finding a great café just a short walk away, but we wished we had received better guidance from the staff. we had a great time and would recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.
